Intersil ICL7660SCPA CMOS VOLTAGE CONVERTOR (RC)

Intended as a superior replacement to the industry standard ICL7660, this monolithic CMOS voltage converter has an extended operating supply to 12V, lower supply current, and requires no external diode. The IC will produce a complementary negative output to the applied positive supply in the range 1.5V to 12V.
