The Brut Grand Millesime 2000 is an expression of one of the best vintages ever produced by the Champagne region. With grapes sourced predominantly from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards this represents one of the finest Cuvees in the Houses cellar. The nose is an enticing mix of cherry blossom and maple syrup allied to hints of raspberries and ripe fresh plums. The same red fruits follow through onto the palate, this time with hints of white stone fruit. Try with tempura style langoustines.
