Couple this with Super Multi-Layer Coating - flare and ghosting are minimised throughout the entire zoom range.One of the optical elements of this lens is made from state-of-the-art FLD (œF Low Dispersion, equivalent to fluorite) glass which corrects secondary chromatic aberration, virtually eliminating colour fringes when combined with the two SLD (Super Low Dispersion) elements.
