The coupling ring enables you to attach a second filter-holder, thereby increasing the number of filters used. It slides into the filter-holder outer slot and is particularly useful for orientating square filters in different directions (graduated, multi-images filters, et cetera). These rings are available in sets (A308 / P308) with an extra filter-holder.
